1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Returned with a valid proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@exbrake.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error (e.g., wrong item received).
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
- Check your bank statement
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us if it’s still missing
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or custom order reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
